I stopped by your flagship store in San Francisco this weekend to have a custom bag made. I'm visiting from Washington DC and have been looking forward to getting this bag made for about 3-4 months. I had very high expectations of what I wanted to get and you exceeded them. The experience from start to end was exceptional. The gentleman that helped me design my bag was extremely helpful, polite and very friendly. He really made me feel like my bag was going to be something special, one of a kind.

When I came back to pick up my epic mini metro, to my surprise and joy, the man that assembled my bag added an extra detail that just really took it to the next level. On my bag, the piece of fabric that the shoulder strap is anchored to is purple(my favorite color), not black. I had mentioned, while designing my bag, how much I love purple and he totally took me by surprise by adding that detail.

I work in retail and I strive to provide amazing, life-altering experiences on a daily basis. It is a rare occasion that other retailers live up to my high standards of excellent customer service. I wanted to let you know that this weekend, you blew me away. I didn't know that a retail experience (outside of my company :)) could be that fantastic, amazing, mind-blowing, enjoyable and life-altering.

I love my new bag. I was a big supporter of your company before coming in to see you guys, but now I am a Chrome customer for life.

I am writing to let someone know that we received exceptional customer service from an associate named Brianna in the NYC/Mulberry street store. Brianna was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the brand. She greeted us when we entered the store, and assisted us with placing custom color orders for Messenger bags. She also took time to listen to our needs, and made recommendations to use that were spot on and well informed. She sewed the bags herself, and the care and attention to detail that she put into making these bags was exceptional.

This was my first visit to a Chrome retail store, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Chrome does custom color bags. Between my friend and me, we ordered 3 bags, and picked up a few wallets and accessories. I’m not a stranger to the brand, as I have owned a Citizen bag that I’ve used faithfully for the past year, and tend to favor it over the other bags I’ve tried. I was not sure what to expect when I visited your retail location. Having lived in the NYC metro area all of my life, I’m accustomed to mediocre service served up with the typical “NY attitude”. I was so happy to find that this was not the case with the NYC Chrome shop.

I witnessed customers from all walks of life and backgrounds being treated with courtesy and respect, not just by Brianna, but the other associates working that day as well. I hope that Chrome values employees like Brianna, and will always embrace such a welcoming attitude towards customers. The care I received while shopping meant a great deal to me.
