Great design - hits the mark

Chrome really hit the mark with this design. Super comfortable, nice and toasty on and off the bike. Plenty of pockets - all with zips - for secure closure. The cut is perfect for my 5' 10" 162 lb. frame. Snug fit with extra length in back and in the sleeves. The weave of the fabric adds good wind protection and it somehow sheds my yellow lab's fur - magic. Thumbholes would have been nice, but it doesn't break the deal for me. I have to go with 5 stars because I have worn it almost everyday since I got it a few weeks ago.

Great sweater

I love this sweater. In a tropical country, this really keeps me warm in a cold office or on a wet day. The size fits nicely..fitting. Not too bulky. But I wish there were thumbholes. The sleeves cover up to my palm, but only i could slip my thumb through and keep it there. Thinking of altering it, by opening up an inch at the end of the sleeves.

my stock cobra arrived two days ago and i have it on ever since. it keeps me warm in the windy and humid luxembougish weather.
it really feels like having been designed for urban cyclists by urban cyclists. i find the long sleeves and long back with the higher-than-ususal neck very warm and comfortable.

I think I like this one MORE than the Cobra!

For starters, I bought the Cobra literally two days before the Stock Cobra showed up on the website. Since I had my tax return burning a hole in my pocket, and I felt like treating myself, I decided to go ahead and get this one too. Not sure why the thumbholes aren't on this one, but maybe it's a stress point that Chrome didn't feel like dealing with.
The look and fit are identical to the Cobra, which is great. And since it's cotton, I'm not terribly worried about wrecking it or giving it much attention like I am with the Cobra.
It doesn't keep me "as warm" as the Cobra. It's also bulkier, compared to the Cobra. It's also $60 cheaper!

Great Sweater!

I bought this because i needed something that i didn't feel the cold Chicago wind while riding. It is pretty great for 35 degrees +. I also bought this because it was cheaper than the regular cobra and this feels more thick and sturdy. I ONLY GIVE IT 4 Stars because there was NO THUMB LOOP!!. I don't think it would have costed them the put in thumb loop. This Sweater to me is a little overpriced but i have no experience with the cost of ykk zippers and moleskin cotton. Though the zippers are great i think the price could be lower unless it was made in the USA. If this is combined with a shell or thermal you will feel nice and warm :). All in all this is a great sweater even for "The Windy CIty's" WIND.
