A Keeper

Never lose your keys again! Never get locked out again! The Chrome kids got this one right the first time. It is built tough like the messenger bags and also like the bags; it's got style and nothing you don't need. The tough mil-spec nylon strap attaches to your Chrome bag or to your belt with a mil-spec snap, and no one has mentioned it yet; the strap itself is reflective! I love the buckle; it's nicely finished, tough, and once snapped together your keys are not going anywhere but with you. Comes with a nice stainless steel key ring that is good size for your 6 0r 7 house etc. key(s) U-lock key, whistle, Mini Mag, anything you want to hang on it. Need more room? It's easy to just put on bigger or smaller ring! This key chain is built to last you for years. I have used lanyards of all kinds, including a 1974 U.S. Army carabiner for my keys (Which has a test-weight of a ton, but how often do you need to hang from a helicopter?) and the Chrome key chain seems darn near as tough, isn't bulky; will get conversations started; AND WILL STILL help to open all the doors in your life! A keeper.
Handy Dandy Key Chain

I was surprised at how small this key chain is, but it does its job and it does it well. The snap is super strong, the button is large enough to fit my thumb into to detach my keys, and the key ring is nice and sturdy. I can't really complain about something so simple and so well built. I don't like noisy things dangling from my clothing, so I snap it onto the left shoulder strap of my Citadel. When it comes to opening doors, my right arm goes up to my shoulder, detaches my keys, and one-handedly unlocks and opens the intended door in seconds flat. My arm gets a little scratched up from key impact in this configuration from time to time, but it's better than the alternatives. Better than digging around in my pockets, better than dealing with a noisy, bothersome lanyard, better than being frustrated with inconvenient key-organizing systems. This key chain may be the last key chain I'll ever buy, but if I ever need to get another one, it'll probably be Chrome again.
A great product.

Wanting to replace my carabiner I opted for this little beauty and it was a wise choice. It's a stylish way to keep track of my keys and the loop is big enough to fit around a triple row studded belt. Thanks Chrome!
Cool key chain, BUT.....

Well It's a good product really nice with the messenger bag, but it would of been nice if it would have been a key chain and a bottle opener. it would come in handy a lot. But over all sick stuff.
Awesome

Seriously - a genious came up with this. I've been using a retractable lanyard for my magnetic ID for work, and the cord always frays and wears out. This is a PERFECT fix. Like all of the Chrome stuff that I own, this is a very well made piece. I couldn't be happier with this keychain - it's fantastic and so convenient. Thanks Chrome - and keep the awesomeness coming!
This is great

This item is absolutely great! I use it for my ID tag and when I have to send it though a reader I just unbuckle it, the snap it back when I am done. It is so convenient. I highly recommend this!

I'm not sure why people review things they don't own... how can you critique something you've never seen in person?
Got mine today and I already love it. The quick release buckle allows me to remove the keys easily (to open doors) and the snap loop fits easily around even my wider belts - or about 5 different places on my messenger bag. If you don't like the snap-loop, it's easy enough to replace - put whatever fixture you want on it. It's a little weight-y, which I like, and doesn't move around too much on rides - I put it on the back of my belt to keep it out of the way. Spent some time trying to see how much force it takes to pull the snap closure off - enough that you'd probably go with it - it would be impossible to lose your keys without knowing it.
Awesome job, Chrome peeps.
Good idea; needs development

The snap loop should be made to attach to belt or belt loops. The way its designed right now doesn't allow for this. Also it would be cool to see the buckle in other colors. Good idea though; I think with a few minor changes this could be very practical and stylish
