I picked up a pair of the Southsides in Tan as soon as I could get my hands on them. They are truly one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I've ever owned and I get compliments on them everywhere I go. Also, they hold up nicely and only look better with age.
AWESOME

Got these shoes about 2.5 months ago and haven't taken them off since. I usually own a lot of shoes and switch back and forth between 2-3 pairs as I find my feet tire out if I wear one pair too often. Not the case with these. I bike to work every day and need to look nice when I get there- I used to have to bring an extra pair of shoes with but these work both on the bike and at work perfectly. What a few other people said about rain being an issue is a nonissue in my opinion, they hold up just fine in the rain.
I'll probably need to get another pair soon just to make sure I have an extra when these do finally wear out (which won't be anytime soon).
We'll see...

Bought these shoes yesterday, 4/27/2012 from the Chicago store, rode them once and the wrap around the toe has already started to peel off. I am exchanging them for another pair and will post an update after another day of riding. Hope they hold up because they are super comfy, the sole is tacky on the pedals and they look damn good. Keep the rubber side down, ya'll.
Awesome Shoe, Awesome Service

These shoes are fantastic. They fit really well and the lower back seems to give a more relaxed fit. They're great kick arounds, I use them on the bike and off. The delivery service was AWESOME. I'm in New York and ordered the shoes on-line at 10:30am. I had them in my hands by 12:30, through the in-store bike messenger delivery service. Great way to showcase what your brand is all about!
Great look, awesome feel.

I waited for some time to buy these (the $120 price tag seemed a bit steep for shoes like these), but now that I've had them for a few months, I can happily say that these are the most comfortable Chrome shoes I've ever owned, and that's saying something. Also, as one the other reviewers pointed out, they get compliments all the time. Only thing I would point out - and probably goes without saying given that they're leather - if you live in a climate where rain is unpredictable, these guys might not work out so well for you. Otherwise, buy away!
these shoes are AWESOME
